Milkshake cioccolato e banana
Ingredienti:
2 palline di gelato alla vaniglia
1 banana
mezzo bicchiere di latte
una tazzina di sciroppo di cioccolato
una barretta energetiche di quelle con cereali e cioccolato ( opzionale )
Procedimento:
Prendete la banana,tagliatela a tocchetti e aggiungete il gelato e lo sciroppo al cioccolato all’interno di un bicchiere da frullatore, aggiungete la barretta energetica e frullate per qualche secondo.
Versate in un bel bicchierone e gustate.
Milkshake al doppio cioccolato
Ingredienti:
2 palline di gelato al cioccolato
mezzo bicchiere di latte
una tazzina di sciroppo al cioccolato
una tazzina da caffè di oreo \ ringo sbriciolati
Procedimento:
Usate il frullatore per sbriciolare il cioccolato,aggiungete gli altri ingredienti e date qualche altro secondo di frullata.
Versate ed assaggiate.
