Robocop nasce come remake del omonimo film originale uscito in sale nel 1987 sotto la regia di Paul Verhoven , un titolo che giocava in maniera parodistica e iper violenta con quello che imperversava nel cinema action anni 80, per questo remake targato 2014 invece la casa di produzione si è affidata al regista Brasiliano Josè Padiha , portato alla ribalta da i 2 film della serie Tropa d’elite , con i quali ha rappresentato il suo stato alle nomination per gli Oscar,film nei quali aveva mostrato di saperci fare in quanto a cattiveria ed azione ,una buona base per questo film,avrà rispettato le aspettative ??

Qualcuno fin da subito ha obbiettato che tenere la stessa satira del buon Paul adesso è impossibile , sia perchè i gusti sono cambiati , sia perché la censura stessa è cambiata ( per dire già l’originale era stato addolcito ) , il problema è che in questo progetto sembrano non averci nemmeno provato seriamente, affidando tutta l’arringa polemica ammodernata al personaggio di Samuel L Jackson che senza dire nemmeno un Motherfucka dei suoi fallisce miseramente in efficacia, nel mentre Jose giocava con il suo RoboCOD.

Remake per questo film sembra essere un parolone , Josè e lo sceneggiatore debuttante Joshua Zetumer tengono solo 2 o 3 riferimenti fissi dal materiale originale , giusto per tentare con qualche occhiolino di aggraziarsi il pubblico nerd ( niet avete fallito gente ), Alex Murphy è ridotto ad una sorta di Iron Man con qualche problema emotivo , ma con la stessa capacità di centrare gli avversari ovunque dei tanto odiati Aimbot di Call Of Duty gli mancano solo i proiettili che curvano ( su quelli i produttori di Wanted hanno ancora i diritti ) ;Di contromossa gli antagonisti mancano il bersaglio anche da 2 cm usando un Bazooka facendo ridere anche i Trooper di guerre stellari.
Nel cast oltre all’anchorman Samuelone Fury troviamo le faccette del protagonista Joel Kinnaman ( L’ora nera) e fra gli altri anche Gary Oldman ( il Gordon della saga di Batman firmata Nolan ) e Michael Keaton ( IL BATMAN ) .

Siamo sotto la sufficienza , speravo di trovarci un pochino delle sensazioni provate in passato ma nulla , occasione sprecata e macchia per Josè, il primo ad uscirne con le ossa rotte.
