Scommetto che tutti gli amanti del cinema di Tarantino prima o poi hanno avuto l’acquolina in bocca all’idea di gustarsi un buon Big Kahuna Burger come quello di Samuel L Jackson in Pulp Fiction ( compare anche nella serie TV dal Tramonto all’alba ), beh oggi la cambusa del Babbano vi offre la ricetta per poterlo fare ( La ricetta è per 4 Big Kahuna Burger )
Ingredienti:
per il burger:
1/2 kg di carne macinata di manzo
2 cucchiai di salsa teriyaki (salsa giapponese)
4 fette di ananas ( fresco o in scatola)
4 fette di bacon ( reso precedentemente croccante )
4 fette di Cheddar
per la salsa speciale :
1/3 di tazza di maionese
1 cucchiaio salsa di peperoncino rosso oppure in alternativa della salsa chili
1 cucchiaio di coriandolo tritato
Procedimento:
In una ciotola,mescolate la carne tritata con la salsa di soia ed amalgamate per bene prima di dividere il composto in 4 parti.
Nel frattempo mettete le fette di ananas sulla griglia lasciando cuocere per circa 1 min a lato.
Ora passate alla cottura della carne, posizionando sopra di ognuna una fetta di cheddar e una di bacon sbriciolato.
Aprite il panino e mettete in ordine, Hamburger e fetta di ananas,poi spalmate sulla parte superiore del panino la salsa ottenuta mescolando tutti gli ingredienti e chiudete il vostro Big Kahuna Burger.
