[ Babbani in cucina ] Crostini con uova

V per vendetta è un buon film del 2005  opera dei sorelli fratelli Wachowski ( Matrix ) e tratto da uno splendido fumetto di Allan Moore.
La storia è ambientata in una Gran Bretagna futuristica e distopica, divenuta una società totalitaria e militarizzata, governata da un regime repressivo, il protagonista è V un rivoluzionario anarchico con il volto sempre coperto da una maschera di Guy Fawkes, V si imbattera nel film  nella giovane Evey Hammond, una ragazza orfana che prova risentimento per il governo, proprio a lei ad un certo punto il protagonista preparerà questa semplice ricetta.

ingredienti ( x 2 Persone ) :
4 uova,
1 cucchiaio di burro fuso,
4 fette di pane tipo pancarré,
formaggio tipo cheddar a pezzettini q.b.


procedimento:

Tagliate i bordi alle fette di pancarrè e appiattitele leggermente con un mattarello e spennellate con il burro fuso lasciato raffreddare un pochino ( meglio se tiepido ).

Rompete un uovo su ogni fetta di pane e cospargete con il formaggio e sale pepe a volontà poi infornate per una ventina di minuti a 200°

A differenza della vendetta questo piatto è meglio servirlo caldo.
