Poco altro si conosce su questa serie ,non si sa se sarà relativa al moderno remake di pochi anni fa oppure sarà legata alla vecchia gloria cinematografica ed in tale caso in che punto della continuity verrà ambientato .
Di sicuro ci saranno come produttori Rob Tapert e Sam Raimi ( che aveva già dichiarato le sue intenzioni durante il comicon 2014) e come protagonista ancora Bruce Campbell.
