Siamo in una di quelle estati che ci stanno letteralmente uccidendo dal caldo,cosa c’e di meglio di un bel bicchiere di Sangria per rifrescarsi??
Il problema è che questo caldo assurdo sta scaldando le nostre sangrie,togliendo loro il benefico vantaggio rinfrescante ( ma non togliendoci per nulla la voglia di berla) ,potremmo mettere del ghiaccio.ma il risultato è che andremmo ad annacquare il prezioso drink,come risolvere quindi questo problema …con dei cubetti di sangria ghiacciata.
Idea stupida ma alquanto efficace,prima di una serata spagnoleggiante mettete un pochino della sangria da parte e riempite metà delle dimensioni del cubetto con essa,mettete poi all’interno un piccolo cubetto del vostro frutto da sangria preferito e congelate per un paio di ore.
Da provare,risultato assicurato e tocco di classe per le vostre serate iberiche.
Ovviamente il trucchetto è replicabile con praticamente qualsiasi tipo di vino.
